Syreeta joined the Virgin Money Executive Committee in 2021 and recently left her role in September 2025. Syreeta previously worked at Citi where she led the HR function for Global Functions and Operations and Technology business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Citi she was a HR Director at BT Plc. Syreeta is an advisory Board member for the Black Talent charter initiative, a Board Trustee of the ALETO foundation, Vice Chair of the Change the Race Ratio Campaign and a Mentor on the Moving Ahead / 30% Club’s Executive Accelerator Program. She also advocate for Parents who have children with Special Needs, focusing on Autism and in March 2025 I published her first book, ‘Bigger Than The Moon – A Parent’s Journey with Autism.’
