Marcia is the Equity & Inclusion Director at Channel 4. Marcia has responsibility for the strategic direction of inclusion and diversity across Channel 4 and to make sure they are 100% aligned internally and externally, and on and off screen.

The 4Inclusion team reports into Marcia and she also shares reporting responsibility for the Creative Diversity team alongside Emma Hardy who is the Director of Commissioning Operations.

Gabriella is a seasoned professional with a diverse career spanning international development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and organisational effectiveness. Currently, she serves as the Head of DEI for the EMEA region at Macquarie Group, focusing on inclusive leadership, talent, and organisational culture. Gabriella joined Macquarie in 2021, initially holding the same role in Asia.
