Bio:

Natalia-Nana (she/they) is a specialist in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Liberation blends their vast EDI expertise with her lived experience as a bi-cultural, neurodiverse, disabled, queer woman of colour to support organisations and individuals in their journeys of inclusion and belonging, equity and liberation. They advise organisations and support leaders in journeys of inclusion and anti-racism, delivering tailored training, coaching sessions and facilitating spaces with organisations as varied as Credit Suisse, Samaritans, St Paul’s Cathedral, the NHS, and local community and faith groups. Alongside facilitating training, Natalia-Nana delivers powerful keynote speeches, authors thought-pieces and speaks on podcasts, and hosts Safe(r) Spaces for people with minoritised, marginalised identities to process experiences, and gain confidence.

An engaging, gifted, passionate communicator, Natalia-Nana is often invited to participate in panels, interviews, podcasts and discussions about equity, privilege, intersectionality, anti-racism, decoloniality and more. The impact of her talks on delegates have been written about, and they also occasionally wrote their own pieces on EDI, such as on Managing Inclusively, Follow them on Instagram natalia-nana womanup7, where their Story is often full of Inclusion, Equity and Liberational content.

Natalia-Nana is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Samaritans and former the Co-Chair of Goldsmith University’s Race Justice Strategy Board. Previously, she has been a Trustee of the Anti-Racist Alliance, a local anti-racism charity, Steering Group Member of Women in Dev – a global network and movement of (all) women in the International Development, advocating with grassroots voluntary groups, demanding real change and accountability on (all) women’s equality at all levels.
