Bio:
Marcia is the Equity & Inclusion Director at Channel 4. Marcia has responsibility for the strategic direction of inclusion and diversity across Channel 4 and to make sure they are 100% aligned internally and externally, and on and off screen.
The 4Inclusion team reports into Marcia and she also shares reporting responsibility for the Creative Diversity team alongside Emma Hardy who is the Director of Commissioning Operations.
Marcia has held a range of senior learning and talent roles across various sectors and has been a specialist EDI practitioner for over 30 years with organisations including Tideway, UK Film Council, HM Treasury, various colleges of the University of London, The Bar Council, and The Law Society of England and Wales. She is a Board Member of the broadcasting industry’s Creative Diversity Network.
