Ken is Head of Inclusion and Diversity, leading on inclusion and diversity for AXA XL, UK region and AXA XL reinsurance. He strongly believes that when people can show up as their authentic selves, they’re able to shine bright without fear of hiding aspects of themselves. As an experienced Inclusion and Diversity leader, he works to empower colleagues to show up as the best version of themselves and works with business leaders to remove barriers to entry and progression.
Ken has been recognised externally via various awards (Insurance Business UK – Rising Star, STRETCH Masterclass – Inclusive Leaders, ICAN Role Model list).
