Bio:
Delvir (Del) is an experienced HR, Workforce, and Organisational Development leader with over 20 years of service in the NHS. He joined Homerton Healthcare from Barts Health NHS Trust, where he was the Group Deputy Chief People Officer for more than four years, playing a key role in shaping and delivering workforce strategy across a complex group of four hospitals.
Del chairs the Pan-London Deputy CPO Network and contributes to several national working groups focused on a range of strategic priorities, including the development of a new leadership and management framework for the NHS and the review of Occupational Health provision across the service.
His professional credentials include Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), an MSc in Healthcare Leadership and Management, and accreditation as an Executive Coach and mentor.
