Bio:
Ash joined the NHS in 2010 and has enjoyed a career spanning clinical practice, operational management, education, leadership and organisational development. He has worked in public, private, and charity organisations. In the NHS he has worked regionally with Health Education England, in Acute Hospitals, Community, and Mental health Trusts.
His professional credentials include Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), an MA in Leadership, and an accredited coach and mentor.
He is currently Deputy Director for Leadership, inclusion and Organisational Experience at Berkshire Healthcare where he has been focusing the organisation to become anti-racist and improve access, outcomes, and experience for patients and staff.
