Bio:
Stacie is an experienced leader within the retail industry who has always had a passion for equity in the workplace. Having spent the majority of her career at the John Lewis Partnership in various operational and transformation roles, she is now Head of Change & Delivery at Holland & Barrett.
Alongside her role, Stacie leads the Women Together strand of H&B’s Employee Resource Group, Better Together. Stacie’s goal in this space is to elevate women in their leadership and ensure H&B becomes an employer of choice for women in retail and wellness. Supported by a team of equally enthusiastic women and allies, Women Together is making strides in the workplace with a recent focus on Menopause Awareness Month and a review of the policies that impact women.
