Justin is the Head of Net Zero Governance and Fiscal Events Team from The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. He’s responsibilities cover strategic governance, fiscal events, briefing, ministerial engagement, business and corporate planning.
He leads his team on delivering the benefits outlined in the Net Zero Strategy and Powering Up Britain developing and co-ordinating ambitious new action across Government to deliver on HMG’s net zero target and on interim Carbon Budgets.

Marcia is the Equity & Inclusion Director at Channel 4. Marcia has responsibility for the strategic direction of inclusion and diversity across Channel 4 and to make sure they are 100% aligned internally and externally, and on and off screen.

The 4Inclusion team reports into Marcia and she also shares reporting responsibility for the Creative Diversity team alongside Emma Hardy who is the Director of Commissioning Operations.

Marlon graduated from University College London with a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering and currently works at BT as a Business Transformation Specialist with over 17 years of experience spanning delivery, operations and transformation in the telecommunications industry.

Marlon is also the deputy programme director for the Foundation for Reach Society, the sister arm of the Queens Award for Volunteering Services winning social enterprise Reach Society.
