Bio:
Sebastian is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Düsseldorf office and a member of the People & Organization practice area. He is the Central Europe lead for the Future of Work and as co-lead for GenAI in People & Organization. In this role, Sebastian helps optimize the entire HR value chain to “make work work” – for office employees and deskless workers.
Beyond his client work, Sebastian leads the “First Generation” diversity initiative in Central Europe, which supports the integration, development, and recognition of employees who are the first in their family to earn an academic degree. He has also built deep expertise in strategic workforce and skill planning, having led more than 20 projects for clients across Europe, Africa, the US, and globally.
