Lisa is a senior Financial Services lawyer with experience across top law firms and the banking sector. Currently Managing Legal Counsel at NatWest, she began her career at Dentons and Norton Rose Fulbright, and is a recognised expert in Trade and Supply Chain Finance. A regular speaker on legal, regulatory, and digital developments, Lisa’s influence extends beyond technical expertise into culture, inclusion and leadership.
As Global Co-Chair of NatWest’s Gender Network, she leads over 8,500 members and 300 volunteers, championing gender equity and embedding inclusion into the organisation’s DNA. Lisa is also a certified coach and facilitator, mentoring professionals and entrepreneurs – particularly from underrepresented backgrounds – on leadership and empowerment.
She co-founded Hera, a community uplifting women across the legal field, and co-leads learning strategy for NatWest’s Legal & Regulatory Affairs team, curating future-focused training. Lisa is a sought-after speaker on inclusive leadership, legal innovation, and the power of diverse thinking. Her impact has been recognised with multiple awards, including the 2024 Women in Banking and Finance Judges’ Award and inclusion in Involve x YouTube HERoes and Kindness & Leadership’s 50 Leading Lights lists.
Outside her legal work, Lisa is a yoga teacher, marathon runner, and founder of Channel Your Serenity, a holistic coaching practice focused on self-leadership.
