Hardeep is a global Inclusion leader with over 20 years of experience in Inclusion, HR Business Partnering and Programme Management work across the Professional Services, Media and Travel industries. Currently at American Express Global Business Travel, Hardeep leads the global Inclusion and Culture agenda, overseeing the work of their Inclusion Groups and global Communities, alongside driving meaningful culture change across the business. Previously at The Walt Disney Company EMEA, Hardeep developed and executed the regional DEI strategy, with highlights including the launch of the empowHER female talent development programme, creation of the DEI regional taskforce, and the UK Black Action Plan. Hardeep also worked at Deloitte for 15 years, with roles spanning HR, Inclusion, and leading their HR projects team.
