Maree is Associate Director of Organisational Learning, Talent, and Inclusion at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), where she leads inclusive talent strategies that enable sustainable growth and high performance across the GB market.
Deeply committed to social mobility, Maree brings a powerful lived perspective—having grown up in a low socio-economic background and earned her formal qualifications through an adult apprenticeship. This drives her mission to create equitable pathways for others, ensuring that opportunity is not defined by circumstance.
She integrates Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) into leadership development, wellbeing, and engagement strategies, embedding measurable impact and cultural transformation.
