With over a decade of experience in the Inclusion & Culture space, combined with a background in finance and psychology, she brings a unique blend of academic credentials and business expertise at both strategic and operational levels. Joanne is dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion, contributing to academia through her doctorate on privilege and inclusion in relation to race, gender, and class. She also serves as a trustee, guest lecturer, and international speaker.
