The Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) is a not-for-profit organisation, established in 2011 which is working to remove the barriers that disabled people face when job hunting. RIDI recognises the central role that recruiters play in improving the experiences of disabled people and works with recruiters and employers, providing information and tools they need to be Disability Confident.
A programme of events and communications raise awareness and create confidence through education, support and networking each year. RIDI hold an annual award ceremony to celebrate progress on disability in recruitment which are now becoming a regular fixture in the recruitment industry calendar.
