Senior Program Manager, Diversity Equity & Inclusion
Phillip (he/him) leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team for Amazon student programs in EMEA. The team builds and delivers the DEI strategy for volume hiring into corporate internships and graduate roles across technology, business, science and MBA programs in 24 countries. Phillip is responsible for setting diversity hiring goals, defining fair recruiting processes, improving employee experience and leading awareness across student hiring teams. He sits on Amazon affinity group networks including PWD (people with disabilities), BEN (black employee network) and glamazon.
Prior to Amazon he has worked in early careers teams at bp and BBC with a focus on diversity recruiting and program management.
