As the Engineering Lead for a large business unit in BAE Systems Digital Intelligence I am responsible for ensuring we have the right software engineering capability to meet our customer requirements.

Richard is responsible for BAE Systems UK Education & Skills strategy and for the pipeline of future talent through its education outreach activities with schools and the design and development of apprenticeship programmes.
