Winnie has just started in the role as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Royal Mail. Prior to this she was Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, UK, Europe and Middle East at Barclays. She was the co-chair of the Colleague Ambitions Taskforce for Race at Work at Barclays, which aims to ensure the successful delivery of the global Race at Work ambitions and drive ethnicity equality and equity. She is passionate about creating equitable spaces that enable underrepresented groups to thrive. Winnie is a Black British Business Awards Professional Services Rising Star and We Are The City Rising Star Award winner, recognized for building diverse communities that drive social change. An experienced Human Resources professional across various specialisms and Retail Banking business leader, she has led regional business units of up to 26 locations and c.300 employees. She is a Christian, is married and has two daughters.
