Bio:
Nii is the CEO and Co-Founder of FLAIR, a startup leveraging data to help organisations drive meaningful progress on racial equity. In 2022, Nii was chosen for the Forbes 30u30 for the social impact of his work tied to FLAIR. Prior to this, Nii was the CEO of Flair Football, which was the UK’s first social network app for young, amateur football players. Nii begun his career at Goldman Sachs working in Sales for 2 years. He holds a 1st Class Bachelors Degree in Economics from Warwick University, as well as a Masters in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL, where he was the recipient of the George Farha New Venture Award.
