Bio:
Navleen joined Network Rail in September 2021 as HR Director Transformation after more than 20 years experience in various Senior level HR roles in different sectors including Aviation, Oil and Gas , Packaging and Telecoms. Navleen leads Network Rail’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team, a centre of excellence within the company, providing expertise on EDI across the organisation and delivering on our ambition to be a more open, diverse and inclusive organisation. Her ambition is to build upon the strong foundations that Network Rail has laid in this space, and to make sure EDI is embedded in all we do as we reform our industry and prepare for GBR.
