Bio:
As a keen advocate of DE&I, Katherine takes the lead to drive an inclusive culture globally focussing on the employee talent lifecycle. She previously led Global D&I as well as European Talent Management at Axis Capital, Liberty Global where she established a D&I Council. Katherine brings rounded talent acquisition, talent management and HR experience to her work as a Diversity and Inclusion specialist having worked at a number of large investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and HSBC.
Katherine founded her own coaching consultancy specialising in career development for ethnically diverse millennials focusing on the gap in the market for coaching for those at mid-to senior levels having gone looking for a coach herself and found none that she could personally relate to.. Katherine has an MSc in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from The University of Warwick and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
