Gerald is the Global DEI Director at GSK. He has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare around the world – working in HR, commercial strategy and sales & marketing. Gerald was attracted to DEI’s potential in contributing to the success of organisations which led him to his current role – to drive GSK’s DEI people agenda at the enterprise level, diagnosing and designing strategy, programmes and initiatives. He applies a strategic and pragmatic approach to drive change with a commercial mindset.
On a personal front, Gerald originally hails from Toronto and is a naturally curious leader. Gerald might be only a few Chinese-Canadian-Australian-Brits out there. He lives in London, UK with his husband and two daughters.
