Bio:
Arbi currently leads the Graduate and Undergraduate Recruitment at Lloyds Banking Group and previously has undertaken various roles specialising in different areas of recruitment. Arbi is passionate about driving inclusion within his role in Early Careers and more broadly through the Lloyds Banking Groups Race Advisory Board and the Institute of Student Employments Diversity and Inclusion Working Group, which he co-chairs. Arbi is openly gay and as an ethnic minority speaks about this to educate, break down barriers and challenge perception. Arbi also openly discusses the relationship between mental health and diversity and insight into his own personal experiences and how they play in to this. Arbi graduated from the University of Bath and has spent time living across the UK and in Latin America.
