Bio:
Currently Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Skanska, Alice has 9 years’ change-management experience working to create ‘better business as usual’ in sustainability, social responsibility and I&D. Alice’s passion is how diversity and inclusion can be used to solve industry challenges; leading an industry first pilot into flexible working to support mental health, and pioneering a Lived Experience Project to understand how under-represented groups experience Skanska’s culture. In 2022 she was nominated as Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead of the Year by Inclusive Companies.
She is currently completing a Masters in Behavioural Change from University College London to influence wider organisational and cultural change and has worked in Oslo and Stockholm.
Outside of work, Alice is best kept in water – whether swimming in lakes, the local river or sea – usually with her two Labradors.
