Anna is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years’ experience, the majority of which has been spent in the reward and benefits arena. Anna has been responsible for Clifford Chance’s pay gap reporting since the mandatory reporting was introduced, and has championed for more inclusive reporting, including transparency around partner data, and adding other strands of diversity to published reporting. Anna also has experience of equal pay audits and realises the power of data in bringing about change.
