Position:
Long Term Strategic Partnerships Co-ordinator; Co-Chair, Global Neurodiversity Network
Company:
Philips
Bio:
I am a wife and mother to three children, two are autistic and one is dyslexic like me. I work at Philips Health Systems, where I look after some of our key accounts. In addition to my day job, I am the co-chair of our global neurodiversity network, which is an employee recourse group aimed at supporting our neurodivergent community, as well as making Philips more neuroinclusive. What we have found is that but making small changes to the way we work, we are improving Philips ways of working for everyone.
In addition to my working life, I am nearly halfway through my Psychology and counselling degree with the Open University. In my spare time, I love going on walks in the woods, listening to music, playing the piano and knitting or crochet.
