Bio:
Nigel is an inclusion strategist and well known for his passion in supporting and guiding organisations to create spaces where everyone can access opportunities, chances and tools to thrive and where people can bring their authentic, unique selves to work. He has built global strategies, and intersectional ID&E programs supporting diverse communities in his current role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He is an active role model for LGBT+ inclusion, and received several accolades for his professional and volunteering work. Outside his work he supports neurodiversity community through his active participation as a business ambassador with Ambitious about Autism.
