Nicola began her career at PwC before spending a decade at a leading professional body, where she specialised in early careers development and widening access to professional pathways. She now leads employer relationships at Ambitious about Autism, partnering with organisations to create autism and neurodivergent friendly work environments. Nicola, who is neurodivergent herself and a passionate advocate for neuro-inclusion, now works on improving equity, access, and long term outcomes for autistic people by shaping inclusive recruitment, workplace culture, and progression opportunities. She is committed to building futures where every person can thrive at work.
