Bio:
Meike leads the neurodiversity programme at BP and is responsible for developing, driving and executing bp’s global neurodiversity strategy. She is the proud owner of an ADHD brain and a strong believer in achieving neuroinclusion by normalising adjustments that individuals with neurodifferences benefit from, for example by establishing ND-friendly HR processes and everyday workplace experiences. Prior to joining bp in 2021, Meike worked for HSBC and JPMorgan in investment management roles and until recently was leading the neurodiversity workstream of the Diversity Project, an initiative supported by 100 financial services firms to improve diversity and inclusion in the financial industry.
Meike won the ‘2019 Role Model of the Year’ award for promoting neurodiversity in the financial industry and beyond, and the ‘Diversity Initiative of the Year’ award in 2020.
