Manisha leads the disability and neurodiversity inclusion strategy, international markets for Amazon. In a career spanning two decades, as an HR professional across India and the UK, Manisha has extensive experience in talent engagement, talent development and organisational effectiveness across diverse industries such as Banking, IT and Consumer Goods. Prior to Amazon, Manisha was leading the Global Disability Inclusion efforts at Unilever.
For the past 9 years Manisha has gained intrinsic knowledge on disability and neurodiversity inclusion and the need for an intentional, mindful change. Since then, Manisha’s focus has been on helping in designing disability and neuroinclusive workplaces and society.
