Hannah is an award-winning Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Antiracism Leader and keynote speaker. Her experience spans across industries such as Automotive, Construction, Retail, Financial Services and Technology. She has been recently credited as a Top 100 Influential Muslim in the UK and as a Top 10 Influential Muslim in Retail, Food and Hospitality. Hannah is a South Asian, Muslim Woman from the East African Diaspora with ADHD, Fibromyalgia, Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and PCOS and works on making sure people, systems, and processes are broken and redesigned in equitable ways with decolonization and dismantling white supremacy at the heart of everything with an intersectional lens. Hannah is a social justice and human rights campaigner who works has won awards for the work she has done in her community. Hannah believes that by building an environment whether that be the workplace or your community where people have justice is fundamental to psychological safety.
