Bio:
Caroline, known as Cabs, is Global HR Director, Learning and Inclusion, responsible for the development and implementation of Diageo’s Learning and Development strategy, Inclusion & Diversity policies, practices and progressive frameworks across all global markets, alongside HR Director strategic responsibilities for a number of Corporate Functions.
Cabs has worked within Diageo for three decades and has proven success in working cross functional, cross market and globally. She has a talent and passion for people and brands, helping cultivate an inclusive culture in both local and global markets. Prior to her transition to HR, she held a number of senior roles across employee engagement and corporate communications, disciplines she developed further during her time as VP Corporate Communications in Diageo North America and Diageo’s global Employee Engagement Director. She is known for the passion, energy and commitment she brings to Diageo, as well as the relationships she forms and nurtures, all in service of unlocking amazing outcomes.
Away from the office Cabs has a passion for travel, sport and the culinary arts. Working within Diageo has allowed her to engage with some of these passions, particularly during her time living in London and New York.
