Our vision is of a world where people understand and talk openly about mental health, where young people and those who support them are equipped to maintain and enhance their mental health and wellbeing, and have the confidence to seek help when they need it. Since our creation in 1997, we have become one of the UK’s most respected mental health charities.
We educate young people, and those with responsibility for them – so parents, educators, employers, GPs and Practice Nurses – about their mental health and wellbeing.
Our work with employers is driven by a belief in a ‘whole organisation’ approach that embeds a positive mental health culture, and helps employers to implement practical and relevant practices in the workplace that make a tangible and sustainable difference.
