Amy has been at Experian for over 3 years and has been championing DEI from day one. In her first year she founded the Experian UK&I Pride LGBTQ+ network and since joining the HR team in 2019 has been responsible for Experian’s wellbeing, diversity and inclusion programme. Amy understands the power of vulnerability and the impact it can have when creating an inclusive culture where openness and togetherness is celebrated.
