Mark Baker has decades of experience connecting business communities to accelerate change.
Mark founded Sircula Ltd to enable B2B communities to connect, learn and grow. In June 2018 Mark launched d&i Leaders to bring together global diversity, inclusion and HR related professionals. Since then, Mark and the team have established an annual programme of strategic in-person and online summits and conferences, training and webinars, which in 2022 alone have attracted more than 10,000 attendees, 200+ speakers and a range of sponsors. The growing d&i Leaders Club for in-house D&I and HR related professionals has 15,000+ member organisations and www.dileaders.com has built up a vast amount of free to access content including practical insight reports, news articles on a range of D&I topics and on demand presentations and webinars.
Prior to founding Sircula Ltd, Mark was a Board Member and Director of Events for Faversham House Ltd. For almost 7 years he led a team of 15 to research; develop and deliver more than 200 B2B conferences; awards; exhibitions and roundtables. Before joining Faversham House Mark led events across a range of organisations including Haymarket Publishing; Capita and the Direct Marketing Association.
Mark is an openly gay business leader and proud adoptive parent. He enjoys gardening; global cinema; electro music and spending quality time with his family.

Keryee Pang, Events & Membership Operations Manager
Keryee Pang has a wealth of experience in commercial, operational, marketing and administrative roles,
Keryee started her career managing projects for a high growth marketing company in the pharmaceutical sector, building lasting relationships with high street retailers including Boots and Superdrug. She then moved to Shell UK and provided detailed financial reporting and advice to the marketing team.
Since coming back to work from raising a young family, Keryee has worked for Osman Wealth Management, where she managed speaker liaison, venue sourcing and invitations for a programme of events, as well as maintaining client records and supporting the directors with diary and travel management.
In her role as events and membership operations manager, Keryee is the main point of contact for d&i Leaders Club members, she also manages all logistics for our annual programme of high-level summits – including speaker, sponsor and attendee communications.

Michelle Martin, Events & Membership Marketing Executive
Michelle Martin joins the d&i Leaders team with 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
Michelle started her career working for a private membership club based at the London Hilton on Park Lane, as the Operations Secretary for the team. During her 16 years in the role, Michelle built up extensive experience in membership operations management, marketing, sales and events.
Since returning to work after giving birth to her son, Michelle founded Made for Mammas – an online community and support network for parents and carers in South London, providing a weekly coffee morning, special events and the opportunity to connect with local businesses in the area and receive exclusive offers.
As well as running her own online community, Michelle spends her time promoting and growing the d&i Leaders membership, attendance at our free and paid events and listings in our online supplier directory. She also uploads and promotes all content on the dileaders.com website.

Sarah Wells, Event Researcher
Sarah Wells is a highly experienced conference professional with over 20 years in the conference industry.
Sarah has worked across a wide range of sectors including legal, tax, TMT, HR and global mobility, energy, water and power; providing conference consultancy services, specialising in conference production and speaker acquisition. Before moving into conferences, Sarah practised law for 5 years and has subsequently, extensive experience of producing legal conferences, including employment law, disability and discrimination law events.
For d&i Leaders, Sarah assists the team and develops conference programmes on several d&i topic areas including disability at work, race at work, LGBT+ at work and empowering employee networks.

Jep Domingo, Video Editor
Jep Domingo is an experienced broadcast video editor working for more than 10 years in the media industry.
Jep has worked with a wide range of organisations including the Box Plus Network (includes the music channels 4Music, Box, SmashHits, Kerrang, Magic, Kiss and Heat) and 1080Media editing the Sky Sports series ‘The Race of Their Lives’ about the around the world Clipper Boat Race, travel programme ‘Earth Cycle’ as well as other sports documentaries and events. As a freelance editor Jep has worked on a range of projects including ‘Making the Squad’ for InsideTV, ‘Fresh Focus’ for Channel4, online work for Deloitte (Women in Cyber), Sipsmith and ‘Adidas’ for Green Bullet Films, and corporate work for OMD and Amazon. He has been a regular editor for the past 12 months with the BBC ‘The One Show’.

Jo Faragher, Content Writer
Jo Faragher is an award-winning business journalist and editor of 20 years: winner of the Willis Towers Watson HR journalist of the year award in 2015 and highly commended in 2019.
Jo’s specialism is HR and employment and she is a regular contributor to Personnel Today and People Management, and has also written features for the Financial Times, The Times and The Guardian. During her career she has enjoyed staff roles at the Times Educational Supplement, Personnel Today, Recruiter magazine, Information Age and Computer Business Review.
For d&i Leaders, Jo writes regular online news and features relating to diversity and inclusion. She also attends all summits and member workshops and writes up summary reports which are made available to members and the wider community.

Homa Wilson, Feature writer
Homa Wilson is an employment lawyer. She has over 17 years experience specialising in complex discrimination claims. Including, claims for sex, race and disability discrimination. She has been recognised for her expertise in independent legal directories, Legal500 and Chambers.
Homa advises both employees and employers. Her employee clients range from company directors to junior staff. She often acts for individuals who have faced discrimination at work and has secured numerous high-value settlements, often against large multinationals. Her employer clients range from SMEs, charities and NGOs. She is engaged by companies to train managers and HR staff on discrimination issues.
Homa has served on professional committees and provided responses to government consultations on employment issues. She has also written for numerous publications, including People Management, HR News and HR Today.

Annie Makoff, Content Writer
Annie Makoff has been working as an NCT-trained journalist since 2007. She specialises in business, HR and finance and writes regularly for AAT’s membership magazines AT and 20, Costco Connection alongside ICAEW Online.
Her work has also appeared in People Management, Personnel Today, HR Magazine and Post Online. Annie has been the interim news editor of The Positive and editor of specialist education title SEN Magazine. She’s contributed to several editions of The Rough Guide to Accessible Britain.
Annie lives with a rare congenital disability and has written about parenting and disability-related issues for Metro Online, Netmums as well as for specialist titles Access Magazine and Disability Now as a staff reporter.
