Mindy is a senior associate solicitor at Bates Wells, the UK’s first B-Corp law firm. Bates Wells uses law as a force for good to help its clients make a positive impact on their people and society, including compassionate advice on LGBT+ issues, rights and inclusivity.
Mindy specialises in dispute resolution and her cases often involve novel and complex issues relating to equality and anti-discrimination law, especially transgender inclusion and gender critical beliefs.
Mindy also leads on the firm’s internal actions to improve gender equality – for women in leadership, for working dads and for transgender colleagues.
