Margot is a prominent figure in promoting diversity and inclusion. She directs and implements ISS’s strategies across five global dimensions, advocating for workplace standards and disability inclusion. Margot’s career began as a chef, and she later became CEO of Sodexo Ireland before being appointed Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Sodexo Group in 2019. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, including being named one of the WXN 25 Most Powerful Women in Ireland and featuring in the Financial Times’ Top 100 OUTstanding LGBT Business Leaders for four years in a row. Margot is also a member of the Workplace Pride Council and co-chaired the Irish NGO involved in passing the 2015 Marriage Equality Act in Ireland. Recently, Margot has been shortlisted for the Diva Awards and the IMAGE PwC 2023 Businesswoman of the Year Awards – Diversity and Inclusion Businesswoman of the Year.
