Louise is the Inclusion and Diversity Accelerator at OVO Energy. With a career of over 20 years as a senior manager in the finance and energy section, Louise has now dedicated herself to driving belonging in her workplace and community.
Louise is a committee member for Pride in Energy and the Proud Scotland Awards and a proud part of Trans in The City.
Louise won Ally of the year in 2021 at the Proud Scotland Awards and was a Top 10 at the British LGBT Awards for exceptional Inclusion
