Bio:
Joel is one of EY’s leading champions for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Alongside his day job as part of EY’s Strategy and Transactions practise, Joel is Co-Chair of EY’s LGBT+ network in the UK and Ireland and works with EY leadership on raising awareness of LGBT+ issues and driving allyship. He also works with EY’s global leadership to improve connectivity across the countries and encourage sharing of best practise and resource to countries with less developed LGBT+ inclusion policies. Joel speaks on many panels and is known for his development of the concept of ‘Invisible Prejudice’ and ‘the inclusion treadmill’.
