Ella (they/them) is passionate about all things inclusion. In July 2023 they joined Vodafone UK’s D&I team with a focus on LGBTQ+ inclusion and education and awareness for all communities. They started their career at IBM in Talent Attraction and after five years moved into IBM’s Global D&I team as Global LGBTQ+ Leader, a role they held for four years. Outside of work Ella is a keen runner and plays hockey for LGBTQ+ club The London Royals. They have been involved in the Royals’ Executive Committee for 5 years as secretary/comms leader and are also part of England Hockey’s D&I Advisory Group. They live in London with their wife Sara, sphynx cat Dusty and pet snake Neville.
