Website Screwfix Screwfix

At Screwfix, we believe that building diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment is critical to building a culture where we can all be ourselves and to our business success. As we continue to build and evolve our approach to inclusion & diversity, we are looking for an Inclusion & Diversity Manager to support the activation of our inclusion plans and promote a culture of equity, belonging and respect.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will drive the activation of inclusion initiatives within Screwfix with the overall objective of helping to create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected and have equal opportunities for growth and success. You’ll play a crucial role in activating our inclusion plans by building solid relationships across the business and effectively project-managing initiatives.

We believe that a hybrid, flexible working approach offers you – and your colleagues – the best of both worlds. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Beyond that, how, when and where you work is up to you. With a subsidised canteen, free parking and a comfortable, relaxed environment, we’ve worked hard to build an office you’ll want to work in. We also know that, when it comes to school pick-ups and home deliveries, it’s nice to have the flexibility to do both.

Full time salary c. £40-45k depending on experience.
