Salary Scale S02 – £30,984 – £32,798 per annum

Permanent, full time 37 hours per week

Location – Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service Training Centre, Sadler Road, Winsford

This work is ongoing and an opportunity has now arisen to recruit an experienced and passionate Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to champion our commitment to EDI and to continue to mainstream EDI into all work areas and services.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of developing, monitoring and implementing EDI policies and practices in a large organisation; they will also have specialist knowledge of the EDI agenda and relevant legislation, excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to build effective and credible relationships across teams and with external networks and partners.

Selection for the post will comprise of an interview, presentation, and written exercise.
