Pascale is Regional Culture & Inclusion Strategy Leader Europe at GE Vernova, she has 30 years of experience in Innovation, Strategy, Inclusion and Coaching.
Prior to this role she was the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Head at HEINEKEN, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia I&D Heads.
During this time, Pascale trained 4,500 managers on Inclusive Leadership, and she helped develop 200+ Women in Leadership through impactful career acceleration programs blending executive sponsorship, coaching, networking and business acumen.
Pascale holds an Engineering Degree in Telecommunications from Telecom Bretagne, as well as several Marketing, Intrapreneurship and Strategy executive degrees from INSEAD, ESCP and HEC. She is a Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach TM, she likes to bring her creativity into the coaching relationship, and her ability to explore “what is possible”.
Pascale is strongly convinced that Inclusion is a key driver for companies’ business performance since she founded StrongHer, the Nokia employee network that promotes gender diversity, with 5 other colleagues at the beginning of 2011. Today, StrongHer has 7000 members in 70+ countries worldwide.
