Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director
Pascale is the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Head of the HEINEKEN company. Since joining the company in 2018, she has contributed to shape and launch the first Global DEI strategy of the brewer, including ambitions on gender balance, cultural diversity and inclusive leadership. She is also responsible for managing an active community of more than 100 local DEI ambassadors.
Passionate about innovation, strategy and inclusion, Pascale has more than 30 years of professional experience. Pascale was previously Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia I&D Heads. During this time, Pascale trained 4,500 managers on Inclusive Leadership, and she helped develop 160+ Women in Leadership through impactful career acceleration programs blending executive sponsorship, coaching, networking and business acumen.
Pascale holds an Engineering Degree in Telecommunications from Telecom Bretagne, as well as several Marketing, Intrapreneurship and Strategy executive degrees from INSEAD, ESCP and HEC. She is a Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach TM, she likes to bring her creativity into the coaching relationship, and her ability to explore “what is possible”.
Pascale is strongly convinced that Inclusion is a key driver for companies’ business performance since she founded StrongHer, the Nokia employee network that promotes gender diversity, with 5 other colleagues at the beginning of 2011. StrongHer has reached 3000+ members in 70+ countries worldwide.
