Marcella Martinetti is Global Culture & Engagement Director at Alstom, a multinational leader in sustainable mobility operating in 63 countries with over 80,000 employees. Alstom designs and builds trains, metro, develops advanced signalling and digital mobility systems, and delivers rail infrastructure and maintenance solutions worldwide.
In her corporate role, Marcella leads Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Well-being strategies. In recent years, she has also driven initiatives in Leadership and Executive Development and supported major culture and integration projects across the organisation.
Her career reflects a unique blend of operational and corporate experience: from serving as Site HR Director in Italian plant, to Global Talent Manager at the Paris headquarters for, and HR Business Partner when started her journey in Alstom. This journey recently marked 20 years of seniority at Alstom, a milestone that underscores her commitment to building a culture of inclusion and engagement.
