Bio:
Julie joined Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in March 2020 as Director, Inclusion & Diversity. Prior to this she developed and led global inclusion and diversity strategies and initiatives for large multinational companies from a range of sectors, most recently in the legal and financial services industries.
Julie is a recognized I&D innovator, responsible for creating and implementing the strategic direction for inclusion and diversity: integrating diversity practices into people processes; ensuring accountability through effective measurement; and embedding inclusion into the culture, in engaging ways. In her first year at CCEP, Julie launched their I&D philosophy, Everyone’s Welcome, rolled out company-wide listening sessions and implemented a clear roadmap for CCEP to be a place where everyone can be themselves, be valued and belong.
As well as I&D, her other passion is wellbeing and in addition to being a Mental Health First Aider, Julie is currently completing a Diploma in Health & Wellness. She has developed wellbeing frameworks in her previous roles, and rolled out global mental health programmes.
Outside of work Julie enjoys running, holidays with her family and plays an active role mentoring 10-16 year old girls as a volunteer leader within the Girl Guide movement.
