Jemma Garner is Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) at Zalando. Guiding the team responsible for the D&I strategy, she is driving the company towards becoming a European leader in equity and inclusion.
With a strong background in buying, sourcing and brand strategy, Jemma combines her industry expertise with a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace and driving meaningful business impact. Since 2020, she has led the foundational work to build Zalando’s market leader position in Adaptive fashion. Before moving to Berlin, she worked at House of Fraser and Boux Avenue in the UK.
