Ivy has spent her career interested in systemic interventions that enable organisations to include and elevate the potential of talent from historically excluded groups. She began her career in DEI at Teach for America where she pioneered new methodologies for interviewing through a lens of cultural competence and adapting interview rubrics to reflect DEI and cultural competence. She transitioned to DEI work at Google 6 years ago where she currently leads a team of Diversity Business Partner and DEI PgMs across Google EMEA. Her focus areas are the intersections of race/gender and coaching execs to be transformational, long term leader in DEI.
