Georgina is the Global Inclusion & Impact Director at IHG Hotels & Resorts, leading the company’s global strategy on inclusion. With over a decade of experience across hospitality, finance, and professional services, Georgina has held multiple Inclusion and talent roles at LSEG, EY, and HSBC. At IHG, she has led transformative initiatives across inclusive leadership, employee resource groups, talent development programmes and customer experience across different regions. Georgina combines people-first leadership with a commercial lens to influence change at scale. A CIPD qualified professional and qualified Executive Coach, Georgina was named a WeAreTheCity Rising Star Winner and listed among WiHTL’s Women to Watch in 2022. She is passionate about inclusive, culturally competent leadership and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
