The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) are a fantastic free resource written by
112 Expert Panellists, to help organisations determine strategy and measure progress in managing diversity and fostering inclusion.
d&i Leaders is proud to support the GDEIB as an alliance partner and encourages all organisations of any size to use them.
There are several elements that distinguish the GDEIB from other maturity models or standards. Most notably, the GDEIB helps organisations focus on results. The GDEIB offers organisations an opportunity to progressively and comprehensively address sustainable DEI growth and development.
Below are 3 short videos which explain ‘What is the GDEIB?’; ‘How is the GDEIB used?’ and ‘How can the GDEIB be used for measurement?’, presented by 3 expert panellists:
- Natalie Sigona, Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Director, Imperial Brands (former Head of Diversity & Inclusion, BAE Systems)
- Charlotte Sweeney OBE, Inclusion, Diversity and Equality Specialist
- Gamiel Yafai, Diversity & Inclusion Strategist, Diversity Marketplace
At the bottom of the page you will find links to the free downloadable 78-page GDEIB booklet, a suite of User Tools that can aid in approaching and analysing its contents, along with details of how Charlotte Sweeney OBE and Gamiel Yafai can help your organisation to use the GDEIB effectively.
