Sathya Bala, Founder & CEO, True Change
Sathya brings her extensive experience as both a leader and on the ground change maker. She has a proven track record working in complex global businesses as a Head of Data; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leader and Board Advisor. She was previously Head of Global Data Governance at Chanel while also leading DEI efforts for Global Finance. She is now founder of My Skin My Story, an empowering community for women of colour and True Change, her business where she partners with organisations to build a more equitable world through data, stories and culture change. Sathya is also a Board trustee for Young Lives vs. Cancer and a Company of Others, appointed for her DEI expertise. Sathya aims to “To use my leadership platform and deep relationships across industries to bridge the data and DEI worlds. I believe together we can make more sustainable progress towards equity. My purpose is to speed up representation and positive social change for all those othered, in particular amplifying women of colour and intersectional identities.”

Catherine Garrod, Founder, Compelling Culture
Catherine is the Founder of Compelling Culture and collaborates with organisations to boost the experience for colleagues, customers and communities. She believes when employees can be themselves and influence how things are done, their lives are better, they’re more creative and better problem solvers.
